    The Red Cross has demanded the closure of a former British army camp housing migrants.

    Napier Barracks is meant to be temporary accommodation, and human rights groups say the use of a military base is psychologically damaging for people living there.

    Many are thought to have been tortured in, or trafficked from, the countries they fled.
