Hilarious footage shows the Michael Gove, 54, arm in arm with Tom Tugendhat as they spin and twirl each other to Whitney Houston in Manchester. Newly-single Gove, and Mr Tugendhat – MP for Tonbridge and Malling – are seen taking turns to spin each other as they go all out at the gathering in Manchester. It comes a month after Mr Gove’s notorious night out at a techno club in Aberdeen.
