Mexico opens for business amid surge in COVID-19 infections

Mexico has overtaken Italy to become the country with the fourth-highest coronavirus death toll worldwide.

Infections have tripled since it began easing restrictions in June, but the government is pressing ahead with its exit from lockdown.
