    EU Fisheries Committee member Stephanie Yon-Courtin MEP tells Sky News that ‘unilateral conditions’ caught French fishermen by surprise.

    She said that threats to limit the supply of electricity from France to Jersey were regrettable but necessary and were a last resort.

    French fisherman had been very ‘very upset’ by the Brexit treaty not being followed without conditions, she added.
