Grandmother Janice Lorraine, 77, has completely transformed herself since retiring, training seven days a week at the gym to become a world-champion body builder.

As part of our series profiling Australians born in the 1940s, Janice sat down with her partner David Kendall to talk about busting stereotypes and her desire to keep competing on the world stage.
