Global News published this video item, entitled “”May just have to do it again”: Trump hints at new presidential campaign, mocks Jan. 6 committee” – below is their description.

Speaking to young conservatives in Florida on Saturday, former U.S. president Donald Trump hinted at a new campaign and derided the Congressional committee investigating the January 6 events on the Capitol.

While addressing the Turning Point USA Student Action Summit in Tampa, Fla., Trump repeated debunked claims about election fraud in his 2020 run for re-election and said “we may just have to do it again.”

The former president referred to lawmakers investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol as the “unselect committee of political thugs.”

During his speech, he also celebrated the recent Supreme Court decisions on abortion, individual gun rights and the federal government’s authority to issue carbon emissions regulations.
