Sky News Australia published this video item, entitled “Marshall ‘optimistic’ SA residents will celebrate Christmas with family” – below is their description.
Premier Steven Marshall says he is very optimistic that South Australian residents will be able to celebrate Christmas with loved ones as contact tracers work to bring the Adelaide coronavirus cluster under control. “It is because of the action we have taken, in conjunction with the great cooperation of the people of South Australia that we have avoided this second wave,” he said. Mr Marshall warned, however, the Parafield cluster remained a concern for SA authorities and urged people to keep up the “critical” practices of getting tested and adhering to health advice. “We are still not out of the woods yet,” he said. More than 77,000 tests were conducted in the state last week.
