Marco Müller, an Italian film producer and former chief of the Venice, Locarno and Rome film festivals, is a Golden Goblets Awards jury member at the ongoing 24th Shanghai International Film Festival. After marrying a Shanghai woman, Müller decided to live and raise their daughter in China. As an international film producer, Müller has helped Chinese people go abroad, saying that Chinese cinemas “will always be full of surprises.”
