Manzhouli City in north China’s Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has been thoughtfully serving quarantined people who had close contacts with COVID-19 cases. A total of 3,817 people have been quarantined in the city, of which 1,920 are at centralized facilities. A service network comprising community leaders, security officers, medical staff and psychological counselors has been established to serve the people in quarantine.
