Manhunt starts after 8 people killed in Niger giraffe reserve

On tonight’s show: France launches a terror investigation into the death of six citizens murdered in a giraffe reserve in Niger – their two local guides were also murdered in the attack and a manhunt is now underway. We talk to Andrew Lebovich about the security situation in the Sahel region.
