Manchester attack: A city on alert after bombing

Britain remains on high alert with hundreds of troops on the streets, as police say they’re investigating a network linked to the Manchester suicide bomber, Salman Abedi.

Five people have now been arrested in Britain in connection with Monday’s bombing, which killed 22 people.

In Libya, Abedi’s younger brother has been arrested, and there are reports that their father has been detained as well.

Al Jazeera’s Barnaby Phillips reports from Manchester.
