Voting in the second round of France’s parliamentary elections has been slow, the slowest, in fact, in 24 years. Party leaders are hoping turnout will improve later in the day.
But President Emmanuel Macron didn’t delay when it came to casting his ballot. He’s aiming for an historic overall majority.
