    A magnitude-5.1 earthquake hit Shuangbai County, southwest China’s Yunnan Province, at 7:46 p.m. on Thursday, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center. The epicenter was monitored at 24.34 degrees north latitude and 101.91 degrees east longitude, at a depth of 8 km, the center said. So far, no casualties have been reported.
