    Lord Ashcroft’s daughter-in-law, Jasmine Hartin, has been charged with manslaughter by negligence of a police superintendent in the Caribbean.

    Mrs. Hartin, wife of Andrew Ashcroft, was taken into custody on Friday in Belize.
