A posthumous appeal on behalf of the only person ever convicted of the Lockerbie bombing has started in Scotland. The family of Abdelbaset al-Megrahi is fighting to clear his name eight years after his death. The Libyan was found guilty of mass murder after 270 people died when a flight from London to New York exploded over Lockerbie in 1988. Al Jazeera’s Andrew Simmons reports. –
