The Prime Minister has praised the taxi driver caught up in the Liverpool explosion, as acting with ‘incredible presence of mind and bravery’.

It’s understood David Perry has been discharged from hospital and is recovering at home.

The male passenger of the car died at the scene and three men – aged 29, 26, and 21 – have been arrested under the Terrorism Act.
