A public memorial for late Seoul mayor Park Won-soon opens outside the city hall. Park, who was the mayor of Seoul since 2011, was found dead early on Friday. He said in his will: “Sorry to all people.” The 64-year-old Park was reportedly implicated in a sexual harassment complaint a few days before his death. The three-term mayor of the country’s capital was seen as a potential presidential hopeful for the liberals in the 2022 presidential elections.
