The talks come as the UK is reportedly preparing to send armoured vehicles to Ukraine.
The UK has already sent 6,000 missiles in an effort to support Ukraine.

Overlooking the Dnieper River is the Kiev Pechersk Lavra monastery complex, a Christian pilgrimage site housing Scythian tomb relics and catacombs containing mummified Orthodox monks.
