Liita’s Conversa – ‘AI-assisted Digital Dialogue with Bolivian citizens’ | United Nations

United Nations published this video item, entitled “Liita’s Conversa – ‘AI-assisted Digital Dialogue with Bolivian citizens’ | United Nations” – below is their description.

“Liita’s Conversa” is the story of a young woman who participates in “Bolivia Conversa”, an AI-assisted digital dialogue with Bolivian citizens launched in December 2021.

In December 2021, the United Nations Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs (UN DPPA) Innovation Cell supported the Office of the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Bolivia and the Vice Presidency of the Plurinational State of Bolivia in launching “Bolivia Conversa”, an artificial intelligence-enabled digital dialogue with Bolivian citizens.

Over 250 women and men from all parts of the country participated in a one-hour online conversation to share their opinions, hopes and wishes for the country as well as what unites them – a step towards the construction of a broad process of dialogue and “re-encounter” at the national level.

“Liita’s Conversa” is the story of Ana Lia Gonzales Magueño (aka Liita), a young Bolivian woman who participates in the digital dialogue. In this short documentary, Liita shares her hopes for her country’s future, what unites Bolivians, and how technology can help generate dialogue and advance peace.
