    For more: Libya’s warring parties have agreed to reopen land and air routes across front lines. This came as talks between the rival factions are underway at the United Nations Office in Geneva. The UN envoy for Libya, Stephanie Williams, said the two sides have agreed to maintain the current state of calm, and avoid military escalation, adding she is optimistic that the talks will lead to a ceasefire.
