Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov spoke highly of the Treaty of Good-Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation between China and Russia, saying it’s one of the most important aspects of China-Russia ties. He made the remarks Thursday on the sidelines of the Regional Connectivity Conference in Uzbekistan.
