The bizarre – and quite disturbing – incident took place in Los Angeles. According to activists, the ‘police vs wheelchair man’ confrontation took place at a peaceful BLM protest.
The LAPD’s version of events is very different though. ‘Approximately 50 protesters tried to interfere with 3 individuals in police custody. During the incident a man in a wheelchair punched an officer in the face. Joshua Wilson, a convicted felon, was taken into custody and a loaded gun was found in his possession,’ the force’s Twitter account stated.
