Labour MP says the UK government is ‘not doing its job’

Daily Mail published this video item, entitled “Labour MP says the UK government is ‘not doing its job'” – below is their description.

The Shadow Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Lisa Nandy, has said the rail strikes are caused by a government strike and a failure to negotiate with the rail unions. Sir Keir Starmer has been accused of hypocrisy after leaked documents reveal he privately supported strike action by rail workers – while publicly claiming to regret the chaos it is about to unleash. The Mail on Sunday has obtained minutes from a meeting of Labour’s ruling body which records Sir Keir saying he opposed Government moves to restrict industrial action by the Aslef train drivers’ union. But earlier this month, the Opposition leader insisted: ‘I don’t want to see strikes, nobody wants the strikes.’
