Australian tennis star Nick Kyrgios is yet to face court after being charged with assault of his former girlfriend in December last year. In other news, twelve people have been arrested over the alleged murder of Queensland girl Elizabeth Struhs, 8, who was denied diabetes medication as it was believed thought God would heal her.
