Tensions worsen on the Korean Peninsula. Last Tuesday, the DPRK blew up an inter-Korean joint liaison office built as a sign of goodwill with ROK President Moon Jae-in. The demolition, which DPRK media called “a terrific explosion,” is the latest act in a series of punishing measures Pyongyang has taken against Seoul.
