CGTN published this video item, entitled “Korean Peninsula Diplomacy: What can Biden offer DPRK as an incentive?” – below is their description.

Diplomatic moves are taking place on the Korean Peninsula. U.S. special representative for DPRK Sung Kim has met with South Korean President Moon Jae-in. The two discussed issues concerning Pyongyang. On Monday, the U.S. envoy said Washington hoped to receive a positive response from the DPRK on a proposal for negotiations. But he also said the U.S. would continue to impose tough sanctions. U.S. President Joe Biden has extended long-existing U.S. sanctions on DPRK for another year.
