Daily Mail published this video item, entitled “Kind cop who pulled over man for speeding ends up helping him set up TV” – below is their description.

Sterling Heights Officer Kevin Coates helped a 79-year-old man set up his flat screen tv after he pulled him over for speeding when the man named David told him things were not going well. Dashcam footage captured the emotional exchange where David told Officer Coates his wife is sick and their son is suffering from mental illness. Officer Coates extended his sympathy and instead of giving David a ticket he let him off with a warning and also offered a helping hand.
