The 9th Summit of Americas officially closed after U.S. President Joe Biden and a number of Latin American leaders concluded a pact on migration. As the host country, the U.S. was criticized by key Latin American leaders attending the meeting and protesters outside for having excluded Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela from the list of invitees.
