    The Under-Secretary of State for COVID-19 Vaccine Deployment, Nadhim Zahawi, stressed the importance of being “really careful” when asked about the possibility of a delay to the June 21 lifting of coronavirus restrictions in England.

    The Vaccines Minister explained to BBC Breakfast that the Government will act with caution as the virus will attempt to survive by mutating.
