Kate Moss gave evidence for just three minutes in the trial of Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard, to deny that the actor had pushed her down a flight of stairs.
The British supermodel was called to give evidence after Heard made reference to the alleged incident in her testimony.
Speaking via videolink from her Gloucestershire, where she has a home, Moss said she had in fact fallen down the stairs when the couple were on holiday at GoldenEye in Jamaica, a luxury resort that was once home to the James Bond author Ian Fleming.
