CNBC Television published this video item, entitled “J&J Covid vaccine should work against delta variant, says former FDA chief Scott Gottlieb” – below is their description.

Johnson & Johnson said its Covid vaccine showed promising signs of protecting against the delta variant of Covid-19 in a small laboratory study. The company said the vaccine triggered a strong immune response in blood samples taken from eight vaccinated people. J&J reported the findings in a news release, not a peer-reviewed study. Dr. Scott Gottlieb, member of the boards of Pfizer and biotech company Illumina and former FDA commissioner, joined “Squawk Box” on Friday to discuss.
