Jeju Island aims to become carbon free by 2030

Jeju Island off the coast of South Korea is aiming to become carbon free by 2030.
In light of the Paris Climate Agreement, many countries are now aligning themselves with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, set up by China as an alternative to the World Bank.
Jeju Island is hosting a conference by the new bank.
