The Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe reacted to the new ballistic missile launch orchestrated by Pyongyang. He declared: “we absolutely cannot allow these provacations by North Korea which repeatedly ignores the warnings of the international community. We have strongly protested to North Korea.”
