A decision by the Japanese government to dump more than one million tonnes of water used at the Fukushima nuclear plant has caused a diplomatic spat. After months of deliberation, Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga said releasing the water into the Pacific Ocean was the most suitable outcome. But neighbouring countries and environmental groups say it will pose significant risks to marine life. Tyson Whelan reports.
