Japan moves to close iconic Mount Fuji to hikers over COVID-19

Authorities in Japan have taken the unprecedented step to close off the iconic Mount Fuji to hikers, as part of efforts to tackle the coronavirus.
The volcano normally attracts crowds of visitors every summer, including many who believe it holds special religious significance.
