    A state of emergency has been declared for a third time in Tokyo and three other Japanese prefectures, following a resurgence of new COVID-19 infections. The state of emergency will begin on Sunday and last through May 11. The announcement comes just three months before the Tokyo Olympics are scheduled to begin.
