The UK’s Daily Telegraph reported that Jacob Rees-Mogg, the Leader of the House of Commons, had the advice to “wash your hands to the national anthem” on his way to a Cobra meeting to discuss the coronavirus outbreak in the United Kingdom:

As Boris Johnson says the coronavirus is “a problem” that is “likely to become more significant” in the UK, Jacob Rees-Mogg shared a snippet of hand-washing advice en route to the Cobra meeting this morning.
