Jacob Blake’s mother gives emotional speech as son is paralysed in shooting

The mother of a black Wisconsin man likely left paralysed after being shot in the back by police on Sunday delivered a passionate plea for calm on Tuesday, asking rioters furious at the shooting to end the destruction and “examine your hearts”.
