Known as Italian’s “short track speed legend” among sports fans in the country and beyond, Fontana is tied with retired male short track speed skaters Viktor Ahn of Russia and Apolo Anton Ohno of the United States, having gained eight Olympic medals. Still dreaming further and further, will Fontana create her legend for the ninth one this time around?
