    Amid fierce international debate, Italy’s ambassador Raffaele Trombetta has stepped in to emphasis what many of us has known for years: Pineapple and pizzas do not mix.

    It came as pictures of Italian fans waving banners proclaiming their dislike for pineapple on pizzas went viral.
