  1. I won’t bother investing in real estate for rentals in the future.
    I will invest in other things rather than risk the tenants that are on the increase in this country, blatant criminals, dole bludgers, druggies and bake at home drug manufacturers.
    Why risk your efforts on uninspiring and dangerous elements like that?
