    The Israeli Ambassador to the UK, Tzipi Hotovely has told Sky News that Israel is looking for a quick fix to the ongoing conflict with Hamas.

    Ms Hotovely said any other country would have acted as Israel is, and that it was a “moral country fighting for democratic values”.

    Responding to accusations that children were among the victims of Israeli airstrikes, she said, “every loss of a child is a tragedy”.
