About 220 people have died in the violence, with a vast majority of them Palestinians, while about 52,000 people have now been displaced in Gaza.

Redmond Shannon spoke to some Gazans enduring the nightmare of bombings that have destroyed homes and essential services, including a facility meant to help protect people from the COVID-19 pandemic.
