    Israel and Lebanon have agreed to hold border talks, despite both countries being officially still at war. The US will mediate the talks, due to commence after the Jewish holiday of sukkot ends on October 9. The talks will cover land and maritime disputes. FRANCE 24 correspondent Linda Tamim explains more.
