In Vienna, four people have been killed and more than a dozen wounded in what the Austrian government is calling an Islamist terror attack. Gunmen opened fire at multiple locations in the center of Vienna on Monday evening. Police say they shot and killed one attacker and are hunting one or more assailants still at large.
