The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for an attack that killed 11 miners from Pakistan’s minority Shia Hazaras in Balochistan Province. Following Sunday’s attack, members of the Hazara minority in Quetta have blocked a road to protest the killings. Authorities say the miners were killed in a shared residential room near the coal mine. #Pakistan
