Officials say the sudden slowdown in vaccination rates is due to some Americans refusing to get their second shot. They’re worried about the side effects. The hesitancy and skepticism is stubbornly high among Republicans and white evangelical Christians. But more black Americans are lining up for the jab. DW’s Carolina Chimoy reports from Mississippi.
