    China’s first Ad5-nCoV COVID-19 vaccine, produced by CanSino Biologics Inc., was rolled out on February 25. It is the only single-dose COVID-19 vaccine given conditional approval for rollout in China. But what is an Ad5-nCoV vaccine? What’s the difference between the single-dose vaccine and the double-dose vaccines? And will those vaccinated be immune to mutated strains of the virus?
