A French appeals court has ordered insurance giant Axa to pay a restaurant’s losses during the pandemic. It’s the first such ruling at the appeals level, and one that could set the stage for thousands more payouts. Also in the show – the UK sees a boom in holiday bookings, as the country prepares to allow international travel in May.
