Europe is investigating leaks in two Russian pipelines that churned up the Baltic Sea with gas bubbles on Tuesday. The pipelines run through the Baltic to transport gas from Russia to Germany. Neither pipeline was operating but both were filled with gas. The leaks have sparked concerns of sabotage with the European Union and several European governments calling them an attack.
